WHO ARE GRINGOSINREALESTATE.COM?  We are people like you!

All four of us are investors in Real Estate and have experienced the ups and downs  of the Real Estate boom and crash. Gus is a teacher and has written a book Gringos In Real Estate, which will be available soon. Cindy is a medical office manager and in charge of marketing, Rosie is a full time licensed Realtor, working with Prudential Real Estate and she is also our web-designer. Dennis (Expo) has been in the construction business over 35 years.

Our goal is to offer support and camaraderie to all of you going through Real Estate woes! If you have experienced the difficulties of trying to make money in Real Estate as we have, join the Gringos Club!
